Vintage Yaesu QRP transceiver for the 430 MHz amateur band. Power output is 1 Watt, switchable to 200 mW. Powered by eight C-size dry cell or Ni-Cd batteries and with telescoping whip or rubber flex antenna, completely self-contained and portable. Noise blanker, receiver clarifier (RIT), 10 memory channels, two VFO, multi-use analog meter. Ideated in Japan, year of introduction 1982.
