The user can choose the FM band start at 64, 76, 87 or 87.5 MHz with the setting modes described in the manual.
The availability of the DAB band is limited to some model versions, it does not seems appear in the basic model.

Traveler III description :

The Grundig Traveler III is intended for users interested only in broadcasting stations, in this respect follows the design philosophy of the previous G8 Traveler II model. A total of 500 memory locations allow you to keep track of your favorite frequencies. Tuning as well as manual can be done with an automatic search. Both for the LW and the MW bands the radio integrates a ferrite antenna while for the SW and FM there is a telescopic antenna. Other features: clock, time zone selection via convenient knob on resealable front compartment, sleep timer between 1 ~ 90 minutes, alarm settable between acoustic tone or power-on, long wave band disable for use in countries that do not have such issuers, keypad and tuning command lock function. For medium waves the tuning step can be chosen between 9 or 10 KHz, however there are more options depending on the mode (slow / fast) and the rotation speed of the relative control according to this scheme:

For the FM band the Grundig Traveler III displays the RDS information on the LCD display, the user can select between four blocks of data to view the PS field (program name), PTY (program type), RT (text comment) and finally DATA (time, date, station id).

Traveler III performance and practical notes :

The Traveler III implements a better RDS use than other receivers in this range, which may prove useful in identifying certain stations. It should be noted that the DAB band is made available, as per manual, on some versions of the apparatus, but this is not present in the samples we analyzed.
