Description :
The P540B500 is a rackmount microwaves / millimeter-waves tuner for 0.5-40 GHz with an instantaneous output bandwidth of 500 MHz (for a portable version, limited to 18 GHz, see diminuSys MP518B500). The tuner operates via USB3.0 / Ethernet ports with multiple user interfaces (Windows and Linux) and a simple command set. Its wideband main output is centered at 1000 MHz with auxiliary, and synchronous, outputs at 900 MHz, 120 MHz, 21.4 MHz for a diversity of markets and applications. This front-end is ideal as lab host, including extension of vintage receiver, EMI, ELINT, SIGINT, COMINT applications. The P540B500 incorporates sub-octave preselector filters bank with bypass mode, fast tuning synthesizer, gain control from -40 to +20 dB, cooling inlets and outlets on back panel.
