AT-778UV mobile radio operate on VHF/UHF band with up to 25W of power output. This amateur transceiver, for analog FM mode, especially designs for drivers and it pursues philosophy of innovation and practicality. Microphone with full keypad for frequency control, select left / right band as Main band, direct input VFO frequency or DTMF tone.

  Separate CTCSS / DCS / DTMF / 5Tone setting for each single channel: rejecting extra calling from other radios. 5Tone signaling for data transfer, alarm, all-call, ANI, remote kill, remote waken.

• Scan
  Various scan functions including: CTCSS/DCS scan (once finding a matching signaling, it will stop 5 seconds then scan again), frequency scan, channel scan, channel/s scan skip.

• Display on Frequency/Channel mode
  When set display as "FRQ", it enters into this mode, new setting of channel operation and shortcut operation can be temporarily used by user. Once the radio is turned off or switched to anothe channel, the temporary setting will be erased and back to initial settings.

• Display on Channel/Name-Tag mode
  When set display as "NM", it enters into this mode. It will display corresponding channel name when the current channel is edited with name. Otherwise, it will display frequency and channel. Again once the radio is turned off or switched to anothe channel, the temporary setting will be erased and back to initial settings.

• Display on VFO mode
  This mode shows only frequency on the display. Shortcut operation and Channel setting will be changed and stored as the latest value permanently. Once the radio is turned off or changed to new VFO frequency, the latest setting is remained until next change.

• Frequency step
  Total 9 channel step size available from 2.5KHz to 50 KHz.

• Control
  Smart menu control and PC programming.

• Password setting
  After enable this function, must be input correct password for turn on the transceiver.

• Utility
  Dual-watch, RTDF (dissimilar receive/transmit frequency setup), frequency reverse, offset frequency and direction setup (VHF: 0~38 MHz avaiable. UHF: 0~90 MHz avaiable), AOP (automatic power ON), APO (automatic power OFF), TOT (time-out timer).
